A: When creating an envelope, select “Not Required” for the digital signature option.

2. Q: How to create an AES envelope?

A: When creating an envelope, select a digital signature service provided by a certified authority.

A: When creating an envelope, set the signer’s email. Upon sending, the signer will receive the envelope in their inbox. If they open and sign the document via this email, it confirms their consent.

⚠️ Note: SMS verification requires an SMS service package subscription.

5. Q: How to enable custom passcode verification for signers?

A: When creating an envelope, set a custom access code for the signer. Upon sending, the signer must enter this code to open and sign the document, confirming their identity as approved by you.

6. Q: What should I do if I keep failing authentication when applying for iD-One using my corporate email address?

A: Some uncommon email domain suffixes may not yet be included in the CA system’s whitelist. We recommend switching to a common email domain such as .com or Gmail to resubmit your application. If the issue persists after changing your email address, please contact Nota Sign customer support for further assistance.

A: The request ID generated after entering the activation code is valid for 30 minutes. Please complete and submit the entire iD-One application within 30 minutes of entering the activation code. When applying for iD-One through the ICorp-One Portal, the activation code provided on the page can be reused until the application is successful. However, each time it is entered in the App, the aforementioned 30-minute time limit still applies.
