Click on ‘Get Verification Code’, and the system will send a text message to your phone. The get button enters the 60 second countdown and cannot be clicked again during the countdown period.

After receiving the text message, fill in the 6-digit verification code in the input box and click [OK] to enter the signing page.

What should I do if I run out of verification code acquisition attempts
The same recipient can receive up to 5 verification codes cumulatively. After reaching the upper limit, the page will prompt “Number of times used up” and the button will become non clickable. At this point, you need to contact the sender and ask them to unlock it for you on the envelope details page.
Unable to receive verification code
-Check if the phone number is filled in correctly -Confirm that the network signal in the area is normal -If you still cannot receive it, please contact the sender. The sender can modify your phone number through the ‘In transit envelope correction’
The verification code was entered incorrectly
When the number of consecutive input errors reaches a certain limit, it will prompt “Error limit reached”, and you need to wait for 60 seconds to retry or contact the sender to unlock.
