Indonesia Vinotek Personal Digital Signature

Vinotek is an Indonesian certification authority (CA), providing legally binding personal digital signature services for Indonesian users. By using Vinotek digital certificates through Nota Sign, you can complete legally recognized digital signatures under Indonesian law during signing.

1. How to Enable Digital Signature

1. Log in to the Nota Sign workspace, click [Manage] - [Digital Signature] to enter the digital signature management page;

2. If you have not purchased any digital signature, click [Purchase] to contact sales to purchase the corresponding number of digital signatures. After purchase, the digital signature will be installed automatically;

1. If you have purchased and installed digital signatures, the digital signature page will display all types of digital signatures you have purchased;

2. Check [Enable Digital Signature] and select the digital signature type you want to use.

2. Initiating an Envelope (Using Vinotek Digital Signature)

1. Log in to the Nota Sign workspace, go to [Sign] - [Initiate], and select [Initiate Envelope];

2. Upload the documents to be signed;

3. Add recipient information and select [Digital Signature] as the signature type;

4. After completing the signature field configuration, click [Send] to send the envelope.

3. Signing an Envelope (Using Vinotek Digital Signature)

1. Recipient accesses the signing page via email link or inbox;

2. Agree to the terms of use to enter the signing process;

3. After completing all required fields, click [Submit];

4. In the CA selection popup, select [Vinotek];

5. Enter the email verification code to complete verification;

6. After successful verification, the signing is complete.

4. Apply for Vinotek Digital Certificate

1. When signing, select Digital Signature as the signing method.

1. Choose Vinotek as the digital signature provider.

1. Both Indonesian citizens and non-Indonesian citizens are supported for registration.

1. Follow the instructions to complete registration via email.

1. For subsequent use of the digital signature, select Vinotek and enter the email verification code to complete signing.
