Italy Intesi Enterprise Digital Seal

Intesi is an Italian certification authority (CA), providing legally binding digital seal services for enterprises. If your enterprise already has an Intesi digital certificate, you can bind and use it through Nota Sign.

1. Signing an Envelope (Using Intesi Enterprise Digital Seal)

1.1 Recipient accesses the signing page via email link or inbox;

1.2 Agree to the terms of use to enter the signing process;

1.3 After completing all required fields, click [Submit];

1.4 Select [Intesi] as the CA and enter credentials to complete signing.

2. Bind Intesi Enterprise Digital Certificate

2.1 Go to Administration -> Electronic Seal page and select Add Electronic Seal;

2.2 Select “Bind Existing Enterprise Certificate”, choose “Intesi Enterprise Digital Seal” for the TSP, then click “Go to Bind”. You will be redirected to the Intesi login page — enter your Intesi account credentials to complete the binding;
