Sign Documents with Intesi Digital Signature
1. Overview
Nota Sign supports Intesi Digital Signature, allowing recipients to sign documents using their personal Intesi digital certificates.
During the signing process, recipients can select Intesi Digital Signature and authorize the signature using a certificate PIN and a verification code.
2. Before You Begin
Before signing with Intesi, make sure that:
- The sender’s workspace or account has enabled the Intesi Digital Signature service.
- You have registered an Intesi account, completed identity verification, and obtained a valid personal digital certificate.
- Your Intesi account email matches your recipient email address in Nota Sign.
- You have your certificate PIN and can obtain a verification code through the IG YOU App or your Intesi account email.
If you do not have a personal digital certificate, visit the Intesi platform for certificate application or purchase information.
3. How to Sign with Intesi
3.1 Select Intesi Digital Signature
- Open the document in Nota Sign and follow the signing instructions.
- When submitting a digital signature, a certificate provider selection window will appear.
- Select Intesi Digital Signature and click Next.
3.2 Confirm Your Intesi Email Address
Nota Sign displays the email address used to look up your Intesi digital certificate.
This email address is automatically taken from your recipient information in Nota Sign and cannot be edited in the confirmation window.
Confirm that the email matches your Intesi account, then click Confirm.
If the email addresses do not match, cancel the signing process and contact the sender to update your recipient email address.
3.3 Select Your Digital Certificate
Nota Sign searches for your Intesi digital certificates using your email address.
- If only one valid certificate is available, it will be selected automatically.
- If multiple valid certificates are available, select the certificate you want to use and click Next.
If no certificate can be retrieved, follow the on-screen instructions to sign in to Intesi and authorize certificate access.
3.4 Enter Your PIN and Verification Code
After selecting your certificate, enter your certificate PIN and a verification code.
You can choose either of the following methods:
Option 1: IG YOU App
- Enter your certificate PIN.
- Open the IG YOU App and go to Cloud Signature.
- Obtain the current 6-digit verification code.
- Return to Nota Sign, enter the code, and submit your signature.
Option 2: Email Verification Code
- Switch to the email verification option.
- Click Get Verification Code.
- Check the email inbox associated with your Intesi account.
- Enter your certificate PIN and the email verification code, then submit your signature.
3.5 Complete the Signing Process
After submitting your verification information, wait for Nota Sign to process the digital signature.
Once the signature is completed successfully, the signing completion page will appear.
4. Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: Why can’t I select Intesi Digital Signature?
Make sure the sender’s workspace or account has enabled Intesi Digital Signature and that your signing task requires a digital signature. Contact the sender or workspace administrator if the option is unavailable.
Q2: Why can’t Nota Sign find my Intesi certificate?
You may need to sign in to Intesi and authorize access to your certificate. Click Log in to Intesi and Authorize and follow the instructions.
If no valid certificate is available after authorization, check your certificate status or visit the Intesi platform to obtain one.
Q3: Can I change the email address used to find my certificate?
No. Nota Sign uses your recipient email address to look up your Intesi certificate. Contact the sender if the address needs to be updated.
Q4: What should I do if my PIN or verification code is incorrect?
You can correct the information and try again in the same verification window. If you are using email verification, you can request another code.
Q5: What happens if the signature fails?
Your signature will not be completed if certificate verification or signature processing fails. Follow the on-screen instructions to retry or contact support for assistance.
