Singpass is Singapore’s electronic identity authentication system. Nota Sign supports identity authentication and digital signing via Singpass. This document covers the complete workflow from creating a Singpass envelope to completing signing.
1. How to Enable Digital Signature

Log in to the Nota Sign workspace, click [Manage] - [Digital Signature] to enter the digital signature management page;

If you have not purchased any digital signature, click [Purchase] to contact sales to purchase the corresponding number of digital signatures. After purchase, the digital signature will be installed automatically;

If you have purchased and installed digital signatures, the digital signature page will display all types of digital signatures you have purchased;

Check [Enable Digital Signature] and select the digital signature type you want to use.

2. Create a “Sign with Singpass” Envelope

2.1. Singpass Envelope Initiation
- During the initiation process, select “Singpass” as the signature type.

- Set the Singpass signature placement for the signer(s), then click “Initiate”.

3. Sign with Singpass

3.1. Signing via Singpass (User)
- After initiation, you can select “Sign with Singpass”.

- After opening the envelope, choose to sign using Singpass. Login is required first. If you are already logged in with Singpass, NotaSign will automatically proceed to step 2.

- After opening the envelope and choosing to sign using Singpass, if you are not logged in, you need to scan the QR code to bind your Singpass application.

- After successful authorization, you can review the information on both the mobile application and the web page.

- You can click on the signature field to review it.

- After reviewing all fields, you can proceed with the signing operation, and the Sign button will become active.

- After clicking “Continue to Sign”, the webpage will redirect to show a verification code, and the application will also redirect simultaneously. The signing is successful after approving the request on the mobile device.

4. Viewing Singpass Signed Documents
- After successful signing, view the signed document(s).
