iCorp-One is an enterprise digital seal certificate provided by Tradelink (Hong Kong), suitable for enterprise signing scenarios in Hong Kong and internationally. After binding your iCorp-One certificate through Nota Sign, you can use legally binding enterprise electronic seals during signing.
1. How to Enable Digital Signature

Log in to the Nota Sign workspace, click [Manage] - [Digital Signature] to enter the digital signature management page;

If you have not purchased any digital signature, click [Purchase] to contact sales to purchase the corresponding number of digital signatures. After purchase, the digital signature will be installed automatically;

If you have purchased and installed digital signatures, the digital signature page will display all types of digital signatures you have purchased;

Check [Enable Digital Signature] and select the digital signature type you want to use.

2. Initiating an Envelope (Using iCorp-One Enterprise Digital Seal)
2.1. Enable Electronic Seal

Log in to the Nota Sign workspace, click [Manage] - [Send Settings];

Check [Enable Electronic Seal] and click [Save].
2.2. Configure Envelope

Log in to the Nota Sign workspace, click [Sign] - [Initiate Signing];

After setting up recipients, click Add [Electronic Seal];

When sending the envelope, choose either the sender applies the seal themselves or designates another recipient;

Configure the electronic seal field and drag it to the corresponding position in the document;

Click [Send] to send the envelope.

3. Signing an Envelope (Using iCorp-One Enterprise Digital Seal)

Recipient accesses the signing page;

Click the electronic seal field and select an authorized seal;

Complete email verification;

Confirm signing to complete the process.

4. Apply for iCorp-One Digital Certificate
4.1. Fill in Basic Information

Log in to the Nota Sign workspace and click Admin > Electronic Seal.

Click Apply for a New Seal.

- Enter a new seal name, select the enabled trust service provider, and click Apply for a Certificate.

4.2. Apply for an iCorp-One Digital Certificate
- Copy the invitation code generated by the system and click Go Apply.

- You will be redirected to the Tradelink platform. Click Register.

- Enter the invitation code copied from Nota Sign, select FADADA as the electronic service provider, and complete the remaining company information.

- Complete account registration to obtain the iCorp-One Application Reference Number.

- If you do not yet have an iD-One, click Go to continue the application. For guidance, please refer to Apply for iD-One Digital Certificate.


- If you already have an iD-One or have completed the application, click Go to fill in the iCorp-One Application Form and submit it according to the instructions.

D. Upload company documents

The authorized representative serves as the seal administrator of the enterprise, while the authorized user is the seal operator. During the application process, you will be required to fill in the information of the authorized eSealers. Once submitted, the eSealers cannot be modified.
- If you exit the application midway, click Continue Application to return to the Tradelink platform and enter your iCorp-One Application Reference Number to resume.


- Once the certificate application is approved, you can view the seal details within Nota Sign.
