Setting Password Expiration

Administrators can configure password expiration policies for members within a workspace. After expiration, members must set a new password to log in.

Steps:

  1. Log in to the Nota Sign;

  2. Click Admin > Security Settings;

  3. Check Enable automatic password expiration, and set the expiration days (maximum 730 days);

  4. Click Save to complete the configuration.

- ⚠️ When members log in via SSO, the password expiration policy will not take effect.-
