How to Set Up Stamp Users

Video Tutorial:

Step 1. Access the Stamp Permission Page

  1. Log in to your Nota Sign workspace.

  2. Click Admin in the top navigation bar.

  3. In the left menu, click Stamp.

  4. On the right side of an added stamp, click Stamp Permissions.

Step 2. Manage Stamp Users

Stamp users can utilize authorized stamps, helping to shorten the signing process.

  1. Click Add Stamp User on the right side.

  1. Enter the user’s name or email address and click Search.

  2. Select the checkbox next to the user’s name, and click Confirm.

Remove a Stamp User

  1. On the Stamp Permissions page, click Remove next to the user;

  1. Click Remove again to confirm deletion.

- ⚠️ Note: Once a stamp user is removed, their corresponding stamp usage permissions will be revoked simultaneously.-
